I went for a hike with the family near the Alpine Tunnel outside Pitkin, Co before the festivities started on the 4th. A beautiful area and some great history here too. We hiked to this neat little lake that was being fed by a few of these little springs bubbling up from the mountainside. The water is probably safe to drink right from the source but I only risk that if I'm out of water, just in case.

This shot was one of the last ones before returning to the car. The lines just jumped out at me for this and I had to get it.

The stream is good, the tracks are better - for me anyway.

Matt, both these shots are excellent examples of leading lines. I like both images very much, and the conversion in #2 works well.
